Using the right shampoo is essential. Natural ingredients are key. Avoid shampoos that have additional ingredients, for example; scents.


Because long hair tangles, a moisturizing conditioner is needed after your shampoo. No only does it help your hair to be smoother and silkier it also helps when brushing. It loosens up the knots and tangles which reduces splitting of hair. Aloe Vera is recommended to be applied once a week and left on your hair for 30 minutes. Massaging Scalp

To maintain healthy beautiful long hair, protein is essential and promotes hair growth. Eat foods rich in protein such as dairy, eggs, fish, nuts and lean meat.
