Policies and Procedures

We highly recommend booking your services in advance to ensure preferred time and availability. A credit card number may be required at the time of booking.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Industry standard for Gratuity is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. We accept cash gratuity.
We respectfully request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief consultation with you prior to your service.
Late Arrival
Your appointment at Blu Salon is reserved especially for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may choose to reschedule; however a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a 50% service chaorge.
Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity; we kindly request that you minimize cell phone use during your visit.
To ensure comfort and safety for you and our guests, we recommend that you make proper arrangements for child-care prior to your appointment at Blu Salon. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult other than the scheduled guest at all times.
Health Conditions
When making your appointment please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which may affect your service.
In keeping with our commitment to safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
Gift Certificates
An ideal gift for beauty enthusiasts; gift certificates are available year-round at Blu Salon. They can be purchased by phone or at the Front Desk and are valid for one year.
Special Events, Packages & Series
Information on packages and series can be obtained at the Front Desk. We can also make arrangements to meet your needs for special events, so please inquire for more details.
Refunds & Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Salon credit may be issued for returned items. We regretfully do not accept product or service refunds.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
